Faq Cancellation and change

Our clients may cancel their cleaning service appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

We strive to organize our schedule to meet your needs. Therefore, we request that any changes to the date and time of your order be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, as our teams often take more than one job. Anything under the 24-hour period fees may apply if any changes are to be made.

Increasing the scope of work, of what you want to be cleaned wouldn’t trigger any penalties even if you do it under the 24-hour period just please make sure you notify us some time before hand so we can inform the team who will be providing you with the cleaning services.
