Cancellation & Change Policy

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their cleaning service appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Change Policy

Clients may request changes to their scheduled cleaning service (date and time) up to 24 hours before the appointment. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will make every effort to accommodate change requests whenever possible and will communicate any adjustments promptly.

Policy Enforcement

All cancellations and changes must be communicated directly to our office via phone or email.

We reserve the right to charge the client’s credit card on file for any applicable cancellation fees or additional charges incurred due to changes made outside of the specified timeframe.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible.
